COVID-19 Measures
This past year the world has completely changed and we have lost contact with the reality we used to know.
Little by little, we are trying to return to normal life and there is no better way to do it than with new activities.
In order to offer you the best possible protection against the Coronavirus, Valaisfun follows the rules of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health. Valaisfun has proudly obtained the Label “Clean And Safe”, supported by Switzerland Tourism. This label guarantees that safety protocols are implemented in the Company.
We thank you in advance for your solidarity and responsibility before this stage that we are going through.
How we act and how we protect you:
- We clean surfaces and objects regularly.
- We maintain a distance of 1.5 meters between ourselves and you.
- Wherever possible, a window separates us, or we use a hygiene mask.
- We regularly clean our hands with soap and disinfectant.
How you can help us:
- Wash your hands regularly with soap or disinfectant.
- Whenever we are in transit areas we will wear a mask.
- If you feel sick with covid-19 symptoms, you will not be allowed to participate in the activity.
- By making the reservation you confirm that you are in good shape to carry out the activity.
The staff
- Our staff has been trained about safety and protection regulations
- Our staff regularly disinfect their hands and they will wear a mask all the time.
- If any of our staff is not feeling well, they are forced not to come to work and they will be tested for coronavirus.
